Registration on Makayin is free.

What is the registration process?

Registering as an Makayin member allows you to make all of Makayin’s services. You will have your own dashboard, and you can add and manage your inquiries and orders .for machines and spare parts and services trucking your orders payment delivery, receive a customized newsletter for new products and adds, a messaging system, have a dedicated Makayin agent to assist you.

1. Personal account: allows you to buy directly .all the products according to the presented price.
2. Business account: you should upload your CR and VAT certificate , this account allow you to buy all the products directly as per presented prices , if the price or the specification did not match with your requirements you can submit a quotation request.

it is very important to choose carefully in which categories you are interested.

when you fill all the information and confirm them you .will receive a verification code by mobile or by email enter the code your registration is approved by the system.

Makayin Newsletter and how does it work?

The Makayin newsletter allows you to receive all new listed products and offers.

How I can find and order my inquiry?

To find your inquiry you put in the search .and you will find all the products related to your inquiry with the prices if the price and the technical specifications. are ok for you can make the order directly if not you can ask for a quotation.

If your inquiry was not listed you can send a quotation. request to all the registered vendor under the category which your inquiry belong to.

you will receive a quotation with the best price. and delivery and payment terms you can approve the quotation and send an order or you can ignore the quotation or keep it pending until you decide.

If make the order the system will generate order confirmation and send the order to the vendor by that your order is proceed.

What is the action if I did not find my inquiry?

If your inquiry was not listed on Makayin you can send a quotation request to all the registered vendor under the category which your inquiry belong to.

Is it possible to cancel the order?

It is not possible to cancel a confirmed order.

How do I manage my account?

Your client account allows you to manage your profile. You follow up your quotation request, your order, payments delivery, you can also send messages and make negotiation about your quotations orders and deliver….
