1.OSM: Molds loader with pre-heating function

Pomati OSM is designed for automatic loading and pre-heating of polycarbonate molds (175×275).

2.OSD: One Shot Depositor

Pomati’s real revolution consists in the use of One Shot technology, which allows to produce up to 140 kg.

3.OSV: Vibrating table for molds

Designed for vibration products made with One Shot system where an horizontal oscillation is required. It can also be used for other types of productions.

4.Tunnel Verticale: Cooling tunnel

Verticale Pomati: a tunnel in a vertical version that in only 2m of width cools as much as a 20m tunnel, with 90% savings on the overall dimensions.
